Group identity-building values
In 2011, the fundamental elements of Eiffage's ethical approach were compiled in the "Ethics and Commitments Guide".
It details each individual's rights and responsibilities as well as the Group's commitments to stakeholders or specific topics, such as sustainable development and the environment.
By joining the Global Compact, Eiffage made a commitment to take into account, disseminate and promote the major UN principles: uphold freedom of association and effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining, elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labour, effective abolition of child labour and elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation. Moreover, nearly all countries in which the Group operates have ratified the International Labour Organisation's (ILO) fundamental conventions.
Eiffage is therefore fully committed to upholding these rules and regulations.
